Briskett Rubb

Sprinkle the Briskett Rubb liberally and Rubb it in thorougly on all sides. Apply two to four hours before cooking. The Rubbed meat can be covered and refrigerated overnight, as this may increase the flavor slightly. NOTE.. One technique to adhear the Rubb is to coat the meat first with yellow mustard on all surfaces then with clean hands apply the dry Rubb. Experiment and enjoy.
