Chicken Rubb is a mix of ingredients especially formulated to enhance the flavor of of fowl. That means you may use this on Chicken, Turkey , Game Hens, etc. There are both wet and dry methods to use this product. Either way you will love the mix.
One technique is to apply a small anount of olive oil or cooking oil to a dried chicken piece and dust a covering of Rubb on, or with clean hands Rubb the mix into the meat and cover and refrigerate for two hours up to 24 to inhance the flavor, then cook to your method or recipe. You can obviously cook immediately.
A merinade may be used then the mix applied. Experiment until you perfect the Chicken or Fowl to your desired result.
