Some people will love this sauce on Salads and for Dipping. This is a GOURMET version of a famous mustard based BBQ sauce made popular in South Carolina. We just made it a little better. Since this is made with Balsamic Vinegar and Turbindo Sugar you can apply this sauce near the end of you meat cooking time as a finishing sauce. You could, also add a litttle meat Rubb. Yumm
This makes a terrific Mustrady salad dressing, 2/3 cup of this sauce ans 1/3 cup of mayo, mix well.
